After searching yesterday and all this morning in the rain, Peggy ended up soaking wet, but found an excellent apartment at 5000 Broadway. It is on the 6th floor of a building right near across from the park.
It turned out to be a unit that we had seen on Craigslist with a landlord who was familiar to the folks at Columbia's housing office.
She now has a lease and keys in hand is flying back to Cleveland this evening and then will drive back to Columbus tonight.
New York, here we come!
